The Rotary Village will be held in the huge expanse of the Cotswold Hall on Saturday, March 19th.

More than 30 exhibitors, featuring charities and community organisations will be featured, including several Rotary stalls. You can find out more about each of the exhibitors by clicking on the links in the menu at the top of the page.

There will be plenty of time on Saturday to visit the Rotary Village to inform and inspire you.

Tea breaks and a 90-minute lunch break have been scheduled to allow you to visit the village, but also to catch up with Rotary friends.

One unique twist for the Rotary Village during Oxford 2022 is the Rotary Pledges.

In the lead up to the conference, we are inviting each of the 57 clubs situated within Rotary in the Thames Valley district, to support the exhibiting charities.

The Oxford 2022 team has suggested to each Rotary up to set aside a maximum of £500 which they can distribute to the charities, many of whom struggled during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Rotary clubs may choose to allocate £500 to one charity or break down their donations into smaller chunks.

With 57 clubs in District 1090, if every Rotary club pledged £500 during Oxford 2020, that would mean that £28,500 will have been donated to support these worthwhile causes.

Mindful that many Rotary clubs have not been able to fund-raise over the past year, the Oxford 2022 team are hopeful of between £5,000 to £10,000 being donated over the conference weekend.
