All registration packs will be given out the Registrations Desk, on arrival at the King’s Centre. This will be open on Friday afternoon and Saturday (times to be confirmed later).
No unfortunately not. Only the person whose name is on the pack can collect their pack. (We do this to avoid confusion that may otherwise arise)
Yes, all the events can be booked separately.
Yes, as long as they are accompanied by a delegate. There are options on to booking forms for non-delegates.
No, the Inner Wheel conference is included in the Friday Delegates fee.

Assuming that you have booked any accommodation you require and registered for conference, sit back and relax. Keep an eye on the website and social media which will be updated as we finalise details in the run up to conference.
We’re sure there will be some seasoned conference attendees in your club’s party so they will be able to share their experience with you. More details of the programme will be added to the website nearer to the event date. Above all else conference is meant to be fun, so come along and relax and enjoy, both the plenary sessions and all the social opportunities too.
Your partner can attend whatever is of interest to them as all activities are open to all delegates, Rotarians, Rotaractors, non-Rotarians and non-Rotaractors alike. You can register your partner at the same time as registering yourself. You can also register potential members/friends who would like to attend.
The conference is not recommending any particular hotel.
There is a large range of accommodation available in Oxford, to cater for all pockets. Please book this yourself to suit your needs.
