A: We are using all three floors of the grandstand. There are however lots of lifts and we plan to allocate at least one lift for those delegates who are less able to walk. There will be lots of stewards to help all delegates to move around the building. We also expect to have some buggies to help people get from the car park and registration building to the grandstand. We will contact all delegates nearer to the event to check on who might need extra assistance.
